Nahal Amud

This is a beautiful classic Israeli hike which can be done as a full or half-day. This beautiful hike takes you through the wilds of Northern Israel from Mount Meron to the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee). We will see a variety of exotic and very gorgeous local plants, such as mandrakes and orchids, and we usually spot some of the native wildlife and fish in the stream too. We will pass the ruins of ancient houses and a former flour mill along the stream bed.
