"Horse Back Riding Israel Extreme has a bunch of activities that we were browsing through on their website. So when we came across the horseback riding option, I was ecstatic. Im an experienced rider, but my SO had never ridden before. We went on the Half day tour around the beautiful Kineret. It was quite obvious the tour guide REALLY knew what he was doing. Less experienced riders might not realize it, but its true. We were riding horses up and down rocky hills, trotting, cantering, the whole nine yards. I would not recommend the Half tour unless you are in great shape, and definitely not in the summer. There is a minor break in the middle where you can walk in the water where your horse has already gone and drank from. (the Kineret is a fresh water source). By the end, both my SO and I were exhausted even though we are both in good shape and training for army service. While someone inexperienced can ride during the half day tour, I would not recommend it. All in all, Israel extreme was attentive, helpful and polite. I would definitely contract through them again. "Best company best service I did a 3-day adventure with Israel extreme First day we went hot air balloon at dawn then we went skydiving in Israel Second day we did rappelling and canyoneering at the Golan Heights and the third day we did Via ferrata and rock climbing followed by a tour of the border with Lebanon Every single day was a highlight of a lifetime the guide's were patient professionals and fun to be with I recommend this company to all of my friends and family and would definitely use them again on my next vacation Date of experience: August 2020"

"ATVing and River rafting We had an amazing time on our activities! Our group was my husband and our two older boys ages 11 and 13. We did the ATVing in the morning and the Jordon river rafting in the afternoon. The activities were great and we were treated as VIPs for both locations.., not having to wait in line for anything! "Shilat snapling with Tom We had a perfect snapling trip with our amazing tour guide, Tom Hayut ( ask for him, he is amazing.,!). "Rappeling and Spelunking the Salt Wonder We first hiked up the Salt Cavern Mountain which was a relatively easy hike up about a 100 to 150 feet up a well defined path along with a short ladder climb and some steps led by our excellent guide Ami Chai. We then worked our way over to the first opening where Ami Chai set up our first rappelling down about 60 feet to a ledge where our group of six regrouped and then we went down the next opening to rappel another 240 feet to the bottom of the cavern. The rappelling was made very easy by Ami Chai and it was truly a thrill. We then walked and crawled through the salt caverns for the next couple of hours to we eventually came out a small opening at a point just beyond the start of our climb at the Dead Sea. The event was outstanding and we all will have wonder memories of the day. Chana in the Israel Extreme office was easy to work with in scheduling our day activity and Ami Chai was very great with guiding and leading us through all the climb, rappelling and hiking and crawling through the cavern. We recommend this event highly but be aware the crawling, while not difficult, does require you to go through some small openings, so be prepared for a exciting adventure! . "Rappeling and hiking at Keshet Cave! Our family of six just returned from a trip to Isael. Our day with Israel Extreme was a definite highlight! our guide Alon was phenomenal and expertly guided us through rapelling, hiking at Keshet Cave and then a lovely tour at Rosh Hanikra. Our children (ages 13, 11, 9 & 6) were fully engaged the entire time and we felt totally safe with Alon. We look forward to using Israel Extreme many more times in the future! We went to the “har Sdom adventure” - and what an adventure it was, repelling, hiking, caving in salt - really wonderful and unique experience. We were 2 families (9 people total) ranging from age 10 to 45 - everyone had a blast. This adventure might not be a good fit for the faint of heart… clausterphobia or fear of heights might be an issue - but if those aren’t a problem - don’t think twice. "Exceptional and unusual caving experience An unforgettable experience caving in a really rare and unusual cave in the north of Israel. Daniel from Israel Extreme took me and two kids (age 10 and 12) down into Abirim cave. It was an extraordinary and unusual experience - rappelling into a cathedral like cavern through a small opening in the rocks above and then exploring the stalactites in various sections of the cave. Daniel was amazing with the kids, really engaged them and was very skilled in conveying the seriousness of the adventure to the kids to make sure they followed all the guidelines of the tour. The experience of rappelling down into the cave and the rope-climbing up the cave felt very challenging, but Daniel knew how to guide us in this very new experience. He knew we could do it and gave us the confidence to do it. I had expected to feel really claustrophobic and uncomfortable in the cave, but I really didn't - it was just full of beauty from beginning to end. I am not very athletic or sporty, only average fitness and I had never been caving before, but I could still manage this experience very well, with the help of the guides. And the salamanders were amazing too. I highly recommend this amazing tour. Date of experience: February 2022"

"Land Rover Tour Mount Sodom We did a 2-hour tour on mount Sodom. Our driver Shalom was very friendly and did explain a lot about the area. We had a few stops where we went out the car. Our kids loved it, and we did as well. Israel Extreme was easy to communicate with and very flexible. They customized the tour based on our wishes. Definitely recommend!! "IDF Lebanon Border Jeep Tour We went on this jeep tour as a day out from work! All I can say is, even though I live in Israel, I found out so much from our guide Yaniv about how it really is to live so close to the border. I couldn't believe how close we were. The views were amazing. Yaniv even brought a fresh watermelon in the jeep & we stopped en route for a snack. Really good fun. Date of experience: September 2019"

"Amazing salt wonder adventure We had a fantastic day, hiking, rapelling and climbing through a magnificent underground salt cave. Israel extreme was super helpful in organizing my trip despite my last minute phone call. Everything was done in a smooth, safe, professional and personable manner. "Great Experience!!! Had a chance to go paragliding with Israel Extreme a few days and and all I can say is WOW! They run an amazing operation, GREAT customer service, so much fun and most important SAFE!! "Great tours and company We did 3 tours with Israel Extreme-Salt Wonder, Black Gorge and Paragliding in Tel Aviv. All of the tours went like clockwork. We received detailed information before hand about what was needed for each tour. As promised, the night before each tour we got a call from the guide to confirm logistics and meeting place. It was very easy. The three tours were fun as well. The Salt Wonder cave has a very long (and fun rappel) then exploration of the cave (there is a lot of army crawling at the end-so be warned about that). The Black Gorge was a super fun hike with rappelling through waterfalls (our personal favorite). Paragliding was very fun as well (for you Disney people, it’s like Soarin’-only real). The pilot will make the ride as calm as you want (or add some swings and swoops if that is more your thing) and you will see beautiful scenery. All in all whatever you decide to do, if you do it with Israel Extreme your tour will go perfectly. Date of experience: July 2019"

"Always the highlight of our vacation We went to the salt caves, paragliding in Netanya and riding ATVs in the north. We are seasoned israel travelers and Israel extreme always has something new for us to try. Traveling with teenagers it's always hard finding a new experience to keep them on their toes. The sunrise over the Dead Sea, the views from Netanya in the air and the closeness to the Lebanon border, all with great, helpful guides and fun activities. What more can you ask for? "Sublime, thrilling experience! This was my first time skydiving, but I know it will not be my last. if you are considering taking the leap or considering this company, from my experience I highly recommend both! From start to finish it was one the most memorable experiences of my life. Customer service was outstanding, from the contact pre-jump, to the people on site, to the jump couches themselves (you will be MOST grateful to these!). The couches were all affable and humorous as we made our way to the airport and ascended to the jump height, which helped ease the tension of a first time jumper who can admit to a slight fear of heights. All the equipment felt safe and all the jump couches felt extremely professional and reassuring. But it is the free-fall itself that is really what makes this an experience you can't miss. It is an indescribable rush of strange sensations and emotions, all the while you're looking down over the Mediterranean, the Golan, the Sea of Galilee... Some people ask about the safety, or whether it's an unpleasant, fearful feeling the whole time, to which I say that the moment my feet touched ground I knew I had to do it again! "Simply Incredible. There are two things that make a great guided adventure - your guide (and the company), and the adventure itself. The Adventure: I went to Israel in the Winter with two of my closest friends from Colorado, and our standard for a worthy adventure is pretty high. We had already planned to do many of the typical Israel things, but wanted to get some outdoorsy things in as well. We had originally wanted to do a Black Canyon hike, which involved rappelling down waterfalls, but were told that it was a summer trip. Our second option was The Salt Wonder, and it was one of the most amazing things we've ever seen. A short drive from Jerusalem, you literally pulled off the side of the road to a relatively unmarked trail, hike up a mountain overlooking the Dead Sea, and rappel into one of the only natural salt cave in the world with nothing but a headlamp. Pictures can't do it justice. But that's just the beginning. You then navigate through the salt cave, crouching and crawling around some of the most beautiful and unbelievable natural features on your way out of the cave. Stalactites and stalagmites sparkle as you follow the twists and turns out of the cave. It's clear that the cave itself is a well kept secret. It's in pristine condition, and not a single other Israeli we bragged to afterward had even heard of it! One of the highlights of our entire time in Israel hands down. The Company/Guide: I can't say enough about Israel Extreme. We were taking a risk even trying to book with such short notice, and doing so in a country where we had no phone access - all via email when we had rare wifi service. I had lots of questions regarding logistics and some of the administrative work, and the company was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and easy to work with. We were backpacking across Israel, Egypt, and Jordan, and did not have reliable transportation or communication at all times. The company worked with us to arrange travel with our guide, and meet us at the border ready to go! At every step along the way, the Field Director (Daniel) was ensuring all of our needs and requests were met, even with last minute changes, and that we were taken care of with utmost respect and excitement! Our guide Miriam was also THE BEST. She was so friendly, fun, and truly felt like a close friend by the end of our trip. She helped us find transportation back to Tel Aviv, and went out of her way to make sure we were having a great time. She was knowledgeable about the cave, pointing out all of the coolest features, as well being patient with us as we took far too many photos :). We felt so comfortable with her, and had already developed inside jokes, swapping information in case she gets to come visit us in the US. "Nachal Rachaf canyoning and hiking Fantastic day with a really experienced guide This is classed as one of their 'extreme' days! We were challenged, but also had really good fun in a beautiful setting by the Dead Sea. Quality guide, excellent equipment. Both the guide and the company were really good to communicate with. "Jeep Tour We went for a jeep tour in the Judean desert. Before booking this trip I shopped around and it appeared that this is not a usual tour. The rest of the tours all started at the same point for some reason, and all went to the same places (although the desert is wide and there are lots of jeep routes). We met our guide and jeep driver Ali near our accommodations place in Arad, which was very convenient for us. Ali first drove out of the city (making sure that everyone is holding their hat!) and then we turned off road and started the tour. On the tour Ali never stopped telling us everything around: about the settlements, about the industry around, about the terrain, about the ways people (Jewish and Bedwin) used the environment in historical times and use it today. From time to time Ali would stop the jeep, hop off and bring something to show us – a plant, a rock, an insect, or show us a skyline and explain all about it. We were very impressed with the amount of knowledge Ali had about everything. Beyond that knowledge, Ali is a professional jeep driver. He took us through places where any amateur would definitely turn over, so this added to the thrill! And when we reached the edge of the cliff – Ali treated us with a chilled whole watermelon! We were back to our cars full of amazing stories, views, knowledge about life in the desert, about bedwin traditions and of course – about jeep driving! Date of experience: August 2018"

"If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I would. Every single thing about this place is incredible. They staff was welcoming, funny, very helpful, explained everything, answered every question, made us all feel very comfortable. And the jump!! It was absolutely amazing!! The view was breathtaking - it's all we've been talking about since the second we landed, when can we go back?? If you need a place to skydive, come here. You won't find better staff, equipment, view, or experience anywhere else. "Highlight of Our Trip This year I decided to take along my two grandsons aged 17 to Israel for the Sukut Holiday. We traveled al over Israel, from north to south, but I was looking for something, an activity that they will never forget, I mean for the rest of their lifetime. I spent many hours searching, until I came upon this Israel Extreme sight. Like all other sites I sent an email requesting information and prices for the activities they advertised. The next day I received a phone call from Daniel, outlining my 3 options. I immediately fell for option 1 the “ Salt Wonder” , a little expensive at the first glance, but if you consider that it’s 5 hours with a private guide, it’s actually a great price. We set up a 10:00 am meeting, we met our guide “Shay” who explained to us what we will be doing, and off we went. What transpired the next 4 hours is something that you must experience on your own, the adrenaline was pumping in high gear, we had the greatest time of our life. At one resting point “Shay” took out a tiny liquid canister stove, and boiled a large cup of Turkish coffee, and offered us chocolate wafers, and a cup of delicious coffee, it was so good there was no need for any sweetener. Shay was as patient as could be, we are far from being athletic, but with his encouragement we pulled through with flying colors. We were laughing, the entire trip not knowing what other challenges are coming up around the next corner. This was a really amazing experience, we were doing things that I couldn’t imagine being able to do. This is one tour that you can only experience in Israel, and only with Israel Extreme A must do!! "Fox's Chimney by Ein Bokek. Best family adventure. We have done some challenging family activities but I think this was tops. 30 minute hike, then 200 foot rappel, then caving through pitch black caves for about an hour. Advice: wear sturdy long sleeve shirt, pants, gloves, and shoes. Do not bring a big backpack. Water in camelback is best. Date of experience: January 2016"

"Salt Caves Yonatan took us on a tour of the salt caves -- he is an incredible tour guide and the rappelling and hiking were unbelievable! This hike was the highlight from our trip.
