2. Voucher Purchase

Vouchers may be purchased:

The voucher will be delivered to the customer according to the details provided at the time of purchase.

3. Voucher Validity

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months (one year) from the date of purchase.

After this period, the voucher shall expire and may not be redeemed and/or refunded, unless otherwise determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

Redeeming a voucher requires:

5. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law:

A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase

Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower

After 14 days:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

6. Changes, Postponements & Weather

Activities may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to:

Weather conditions

Safety considerations

Operational constraints

In such cases:

An alternative date will be offered

The validity of the voucher will be extended as necessary

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Health Declaration & Fitness to Participate

For certain activities, particularly adventure or physically demanding experiences, participants may be required to complete and submit a health declaration form as a condition of participation.

The participant declares that:

Their health condition allows participation

There are no medical restrictions preventing participation

They bear full responsibility for providing accurate and complete medical information

The Company reserves the right to deny participation in cases where the form is not completed or where there is concern regarding medical suitability.

8. Liability

The Company makes every effort to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in appropriate physical condition for the activity.

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, improper use of equipment, or circumstances beyond its control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Israel
